Who owns Bazoom and where is it based?

Bazoom is operated by Bazoom Group ApS, business registration 41638745, based in Aarhus, Denmark. Its terms are governed by Danish law, with the City Court of Aarhus as the first-instance venue.

Does either company lock you into a contract?

No. Bazoom states that no contract or long-term commitment is required to use its services. Rhino Rank states “No contracts” on curated links and on its managed service.

How long are links guaranteed?

Both publish 12-month cover. Bazoom’s terms guarantee an article stays published for at least 12 months; if it is removed earlier for publisher-attributable reasons, you get a replacement of equivalent value or a credit note. Rhino Rank gives a 12-month replacement on guest posts and a 12-month link guarantee on the managed service.

What does a Bazoom link price include?

Content and publication are included in every link price, with no sign-up fee, subscription or entry fee. The per-link prices themselves appear inside the marketplace after you create a free account, and Bazoom’s terms note it may adjust them at any time.

What happens if Bazoom cannot deliver an order?

Under Bazoom’s terms, an undelivered service is settled with a credit note to a Bazoom credit account rather than a stated cash refund.
