1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Rhino Rank website and your purchase and use of our link-building, SEO and related services (together, the “Services”). By creating an account, placing an order or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

The Services are designed and supplied exclusively for business purposes and are not intended for personal or consumer use. By ordering the Services, you confirm that you are acting wholly or mainly for purposes connected with your trade, business, craft or profession, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you have authority to enter into the contract.

2. Who We Are

“Rhino Rank”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Rhino Rank Ltd, trading as Rhino Rank, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10849738.

Our address is Rhino Rank Ltd, 5 Knights Court, Archers Way, Battlefield Enterprise Park, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England, SY1 3GA. You can contact us through our Contact page or at hello@rhinorank.io.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the selected Services under these Terms and the order details shown to you. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not mean that we have accepted the order. The contract is formed when we accept the order and move it to “In Progress”, or when we otherwise confirm acceptance in writing.

You must provide complete and accurate order and billing information and be authorised to use the selected payment method. Payments may be processed by PayPal or Stripe. PayPal payments normally appear on statements as “PayPal”; card payments processed by Stripe normally appear as “Rhino Rank”. Prices, currency, taxes and any discounts are shown during checkout or in an agreed proposal.

We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance, including where there is a pricing error, the requested work is unlawful or outside our service scope, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order after taking payment and no Services have been supplied, we will refund the amount paid for that order.

4. First-Order Money-Back Guarantee

Your first paid Rhino Rank order, across any Service, is covered by our money-back guarantee. You may claim for any reason, with no questions asked, within 14 calendar days following delivery of the order.

  • The guarantee may be used once per customer.
  • The maximum refund is the lower of the amount you actually paid for the eligible first order and US$550.
  • An eligible first order remains covered if it costs more than US$550, but the refund is capped at US$550.
  • If a Managed Service payment is your first paid Rhino Rank order, that initial payment is covered. Later subscription payments and renewals are not first orders.
  • For a standard order, you must claim within 14 calendar days following delivery of that order. For Managed Service, you must claim within 14 calendar days following completion and delivery of the full link allocation for your first month. An individual link or interim report does not start this period.
  • To claim, contact Customer Support and identify the relevant account and order. You do not need to provide a reason.

After a refund, Rhino Rank may decide or request that delivered links are removed. You may also ask us to seek removal. Because placements are hosted on independently owned third-party websites, removal is not guaranteed.

This guarantee is an additional commercial promise. It does not replace or limit any refund, cancellation or other right that applies under law or another express written commitment from us.

5. Later Orders, Changes and Cancellations

For orders after your first order, contact Customer Support as soon as possible if you want to change or cancel the work. We will try to help, but changes, cancellations and refunds are not guaranteed once an order is In Progress because outreach, content creation, publisher commitments or other work may already have started.

If an order does not meet an expressly agreed metric or other service commitment at the applicable assessment point, we will rectify the affected part with a replacement or an appropriate partial or full refund. Outside that commitment and the first-order guarantee, we may provide a replacement, credit or refund where we cannot supply an order, as a goodwill remedy, or where required by law.

6. Managed Service

Managed Service is a rolling monthly service with no set-up or administration fee unless an agreed proposal says otherwise. Your account manager will provide a custom proposal for approval before work begins. The proposal may specify the budget, link types, target URLs, anchor-text approach, estimated link volume and any additional or longer placement cover.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents the next renewal, and access and delivery for the amount already paid continue until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not by itself create a refund for the current or an earlier billing period.

If your initial Managed Service payment is your first paid Rhino Rank order, section 4 applies to that payment. For the guarantee, your first Managed Service delivery occurs when the full link allocation for the first month has been completed and delivered. An individual link or interim report is not the first Managed Service delivery. Later monthly payments and renewals are not first orders. Any proposal or Managed Service terms apply alongside these Terms, but cannot reduce the eligible First-Order Money-Back Guarantee.

7. Delivery and Third-Party Placements

Guest Posts normally have a 7–14 day delivery target and Curated Links normally have a 14–21 day delivery target. These are targets rather than guaranteed completion dates. Outreach and publication depend on independent website owners, so an order may take longer. We will keep you informed of material delays.

Placements are published on independently owned third-party websites. We do not own or control those websites and cannot guarantee that a publisher will keep a page or link live indefinitely, accept a later change, or remove a placement on request. Post-delivery changes, including changes to a target URL or anchor text, may be unavailable or may involve an additional charge, which we will explain before proceeding.

Every delivered link includes 12-month replacement cover. If a delivered link is lost within 12 months following delivery, we will replace it at no extra charge. If an approved proposal expressly grants longer cover for a placement, that longer period applies. Replacement cover protects against loss of the delivered link; it does not guarantee that third-party metrics, search performance or publisher content will remain unchanged.

8. Pre-Approval of Placements

Our standard Services do not include pre-approval of placement websites or pages. We select and vet every placement through our own quality process, and we stand behind those choices with the first-order money-back guarantee in section 4 and the 12-month replacement cover in section 7. Those commitments exist so that the responsibility for the placements we choose rests with us rather than with you.

We can facilitate pre-approval on request, but it is a discretionary service rather than a standard feature. Pre-approval adds a round of proposals, feedback and revisions to every link we deliver, which materially increases the time and cost involved. Whether we can offer it, and on what terms, depends on our work volume at the time, your spend commitment and the requirements of your order. We may charge an additional fee for pre-approval to reflect the extra time spent per link. If you require pre-approval, contact Customer Support before placing your order. Unless we have expressly agreed pre-approval in writing, orders are fulfilled under our standard process.

Where pre-approval has been agreed, the delivery targets in section 7 are indicative only, because delivery depends on the speed of your feedback. Prompt responses help us keep your order moving.

9. Service Metrics and SEO Outcomes

We honour the product tier and measurable commitments shown on the relevant Service page, proposal and order details. Unless a specific order says otherwise, we use the following sources when checking a placement:

  • Guest Posts: the minimum Domain Authority tier selected for the order is measured using Moz DA.
  • Listicle Placements: the minimum Domain Authority tier selected for the order is measured using Moz DA.
  • Curated Links: the Referring Domains tier selected for the order is measured using Majestic.
  • Visual Links: the Referring Domains tier selected for the order is measured using Majestic.
  • Traffic thresholds: where a higher-grade link expressly includes a traffic threshold, it is measured using Ahrefs. Traffic figures presented only as guidance are not minimum thresholds.

We assess a promised placement metric when selecting the placement and check it before delivery. Third-party providers update their data and methods independently, so a metric may change after delivery. We do not guarantee an equivalent score or estimate from another provider, such as Semrush or Alexa, unless the Service page, proposal or order expressly says that we do.

Where a Service promises a niche-relevant, topically relevant or editorially suitable placement, we will use the order information and our quality process to match the placement. This does not mean that every page on the publishing website will cover the customer’s exact subject, unless the order expressly requires that.

Unless a Service page, proposal or order expressly says otherwise, we do not guarantee a particular search ranking, traffic level to your website, lead volume, sales result, revenue result, earned media pickup, named publication, search-engine inclusion or AI citation. Case studies, examples and statements about typical or possible results illustrate past performance or potential benefits; they are not a promise that every customer will achieve the same result.

10. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information, URLs, anchor text, content, claims and instructions you supply. You must have all permissions needed for us and our suppliers to use that material to deliver the Services. You must not ask us to carry out unlawful, deceptive or infringing activity.

You are also responsible for reviewing order details before submission and for responding promptly where we reasonably need information, approval or feedback. Missing or late information may delay delivery.

11. Website Use

You must not misuse the Website or attempt to compromise its security or availability. This includes introducing malicious code, gaining unauthorised access, interfering with data or systems, scraping or using the Website in a way that creates an unreasonable load, or using the Website to send unlawful or unsolicited material.

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, other users or our rights, or to investigate suspected misuse.

12. Intellectual Property

The Website, its software, branding and content are owned by Rhino Rank or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view, save and print Website content for your own internal business use. You must not reproduce, sell, distribute, modify or commercially exploit it without our prior written permission.

Your ownership and permitted use of any content or deliverable created specifically for an order will be as stated in the applicable Service description, proposal or order details. Third-party website content, branding and platforms remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to the paragraph above, Rhino Rank is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill or data arising from use of the Website or Services. We are not responsible for changes made by third-party publishers, search engines, metrics providers, payment providers or other systems that we do not control.

You are responsible for your own SEO, marketing and business decisions. Information on the Website is general information and is not legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.

14. Third-Party Claims

You will be responsible for a third-party claim against Rhino Rank that results directly from material or instructions you supplied infringing that third party’s rights or breaking the law, except to the extent the claim was caused by our own breach, negligence or misconduct. We will notify you promptly and allow reasonable involvement in responding to the claim.

15. Privacy

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We may share the information needed to fulfil an order with relevant employees, contractors, outreach partners and publishers, subject to our privacy and data-protection obligations.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when this version began to apply. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated Terms are published unless a change is required by law or you expressly agree otherwise. The terms in force when an order was placed continue to govern that order.

17. Complaints and Disputes

Please contact Customer Support first if you have a complaint or dispute. We will try to resolve it promptly and fairly.

These Terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

18. General

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in effect. If we delay enforcing a right, that does not waive it. No person other than you and Rhino Rank has a right to enforce these Terms.

These Terms, together with the applicable Service description, proposal, order details and any additional terms expressly presented for a Service, form the agreement between you and Rhino Rank for that order. If there is a conflict, a specifically agreed proposal or order term takes priority for that order, followed by any Service-specific terms and then these Terms, except that section 4 takes priority for the eligible First-Order Money-Back Guarantee as stated in section 6.
